- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Having been a customer for several years l, today's poor service was the icing on the cake and I won't be using the Chiltern Medical Clinic again. Service has gone downhill - with late running appointments the last 2 times I visited. Today I made the 50 minute journey to the Reading clinic only to be told the doctor I had booked in with wasn't in - and they'd known for a week or so that he wouldn't be. The girls said they'd tried to call me yesterday but strangely I have no voicemail or missed call and they hadn't made any effort to get in touch today. When I asked for the Directors email address to complain they would only offer me a generic "info" email. The friend that first recommended the clinic no longer uses them and I won't be visiting again. A premium product at a premium price with very poor service.by Jennifer ChatfieldJune 21, 2017
