- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have had jaw surgery, braces and the works in my lifetime. I can guarantee you I have not had a worse dental experience than Pure Smile. After my clean, some of my teeth are now chipped. I floss twice a week so i was surprised to see these chips whilst flossing this evening. The dentist was reckless with the drill and rushed the job! Now my teeth hurt, they are even more sensitive and chipped. Her negligence is ruining peoples teeth, my teeth are damaged for life, they will never be the same because of her! I am angry at this experience. This lady should not be allowed to practice. On top of it both appointment's were late. I will seek to make a more formal complaint.by Gregg OdJanuary 17, 2017
