- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Orthotics for arthritic foot...money well spent! Specialist knowledge and Gait analysis resulted in bespoke orthotics. This has enabled me to maintain mobility. If I had known about this service sooner the inevitable future surgery could well have been avoided. Unfortunately, in my experience this was not available on the NHS to the same standard and off the peg orthotics just did not work. Brightwell Clinic has made a big difference for me.
