  This place works better than expected for such a number of patients. Need to be expanded with 3 more rooms or more, space on car park and green for this. There are no other choices around within walking distance.

  I have been with this surgery for a few years now along with my family. The staff are generally nice which gets the first star. However... Can't get an appointment and lack of clarity over when new ones are available. As long as 45 minutes (regularly) to get through on the phone at any time of day I have tried. The drop in can be ok but... A VERY long wait which isnt so good if either you have a job to go to or are taking a child. There are no toys and it is not well set up to deal with taking a child in. I have seen someones child run out and into the car park and disapear whilst the mother and myself searched (as i held my child). Referals have been messy and conflicted (I wont elaborate). I have also been taken off their boots prevously (with no warning) because i didnt personally need to see a doctor for a year. Whenever I have mentioned that I am with circuit lane to any medical professional i do get a knowing look and perhaps some extra understanding over why things may not have run to plan. So thats what happened to the other four stars. It isnt to far to go though so thats something at least :)

  This place is becoming a joke been on hold this morning for 42 mins to be told no appointments and no call backs I have to call back at 12 to try get on the list for a call back. Well I've called at 12 been on hold 32.34 mins now all it keeps saying your call will be answered in the order it was received which order was that am I 80 down the line? They have a online appointment system but now there is no appointments on that I was told that they are not putting any on that anymore so how do we get seen they want you to sit in there at 8am for the walk in but only 30 people can do that and if you have other appointments you can't do that so your never getting to see a doctor they are just gonna leave you in pain they don't care at all disgusting and the funny thing is every time I've been in there no one is ever in the waiting room so what's going on no appointments no one waiting no one picks up the phones joke.
