- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Hugely expensive and then charged another £15 to fill out their name and address, a description of treatment and sign on my insurance form. Even when i paid this they refused to do the form then, saying they would do it within five days as their vets were too busy to do it straight away. I could see the vet at the computer in the adjoining room. The receptionist told me she was looking after critical patients. It was just a lie. So, you can use your insurance but it will cost you £15 for them to fill out a form which they then won't fill out, and without this you can't claim on your insurance so you have to pay it. And they wont let Petplan pay them directly, you have to pay Vetsnow first and claim back....when Vetsnow decide to send the form off (which they now have no motivation for doing as they have their money). You are completely at their mercy and all their rules are stacked against their customer, who is a worried pet owner with a sick pet. Outrageous.by Kate PatersonJuly 13, 2017
